We specialize in small to medium-sized hotels, with 25-125 rooms. Each hotel and each hotel owner has different needs; therefore, we tailor a management solution that works best for the owners and their investment.

For instance, smaller hotels, by nature of their size, may not require a full time General Manager at the property level. They would require a competent Front Office Manager with full support in all areas from our head office; areas such as rate setting, GDS/website maintenance, back-office financial matters including payroll, PMS, market segment tracking and yield management. This management solution not only maximizes the profitability of the hotel, but it also maximizes the value of our services.
