The importance of a well-run back office function of accounting and payroll is often overlooked in small and medium sized properties. Property owners consequently will not only be burdened with various late fees and penalties due to late monthly filings with the Federal and Provincial governments, but they could ultimately be in risk of expensive compliance audits.

As part of our management service, owners have access to our centralized accounting department headed by a Chartered Accountant.

Timely financial reporting will be available to owners, and all required filings with the government bodies, the banks and the franchisor will be taken care of. All disbursements will be paid to ensure maximum discounts are realized and receivables will be monitored to ensure minimal bad debt. At the end of the year, we will prepare all working papers required by owners' auditors to ensure smooth and timely year end preparations.
